Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (Nevada)

Effective date: October 4, 2026

This policy explains how MunichAppDesign (Dr. med. Vincent Lallinger, Bavariaring 41, 80336 Munich, Germany) handles consumer health data under Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A, as amended by Senate Bill 370). It covers the app Implantaria.

1. Categories of consumer health data we collect, how we use them and why
- Information you enter in Implantaria about your implants or those of family members, such as manufacturer, model, reference, lot and serial numbers, surgery dates and hospitals; photos of implant cards; and, if you choose, allergies, blood thinners, emergency contacts, piercings and tattoos. We use it only to provide the features you request: storing, displaying, exporting and sharing your records. This information is stored only on your device. We do not receive it and cannot access it.
- Health information you choose to include in an email to us. We use it only to respond to your request.

2. Categories of sources
- You, when you enter, scan or photograph information in the app or write to us.

3. Consumer health data we share and with whom
- None. We do not share or sell consumer health data and have no affiliates. Product database lookups are not available in the United States. Apple processes payments for in-app purchases but receives no consumer health data from us. When you export or share information from the app yourself, you decide who receives it.

4. Collection by third parties
- No third party collects consumer health data about you over time or across different websites or online services when you use Implantaria or our website.

5. How to exercise your rights
You have the right to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; to receive a list of all third parties with whom it has been shared or to whom it has been sold; to have it deleted; and to revoke your consent.
- Data in the app: you can view, change and delete it in the app at any time. Deleting the app deletes all data it has stored.
- Data we hold, such as emails: send your request to webmaster@munichappdesign.de with the subject "Nevada consumer health data request". We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will respond within 45 days; if we need more time, we will tell you within that period and respond within another 45 days at most. Requests are free of charge.
- Appeal: if we decline your request, you can appeal by replying with the subject "Appeal". We will respond in writing within 45 days. You may also contact the Nevada Attorney General at ag.nv.gov.

6. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and its effective date and announce the change on the homepage of munichappdesign.de and, where appropriate, in the app.
